Chutzpah: ICC should probe Hamas leader on war crimes

On Monday, Calev Myers, the founder of the Zionist regime funded Jerusalem Institute of Justice, filed a complaint the International Criminal Court (ICC), a ZOG judicial set-up, against former Hamas prime minister in Gaza Ismail Haniyeh. The Jew con-man whose job is to chase the 6 million died deniers, BDS members and other critics of the Zionist entity – wants ICC to investigate Ismail Haniyeh for war crimes against the peaceful Israeli Jews during 2014 Israeli attack on Gaza.

On June 5, 2016, the US-based Human Right Watch (HRW), a Zionist-controlled front, called on the International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor to open a formal investigation into serious international crimes committed in Palestine by Israelis and Palestinians.

After nearly a half century of impunity, it’s time that those responsible for some of the gravest crimes, whether against Palestinians or Israelis, pay the price. The ICC prosecutor should move forward and investigate the crimes by all parties so that the victims can obtain a measure of justice that has long eluded them,” said Sarah Leah Whitson, executive director ME Division.

In September 2014, it’s PA leader Mahmoud Abbas saved Israel being probed by ICC for war crimes.

Last month, Ismail Haniyeh, 54, resigned from the post which he had held since 2006. Hamas elected Yahya Sinwar, 55, to replace Haniyeh. Yahya Sinwar spent 22 years in an Israeli Auschwitz, was released in 2011 as part of prisoner swap for Israeli POW Gilad Shalit. Ismail Haniyeh is being urged to replace Khaled Meshaal as head of Hamas’ political bureau.

Yahya Sinwar is a former commander of Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the armed resistance group of Hamas. He along with two of his associates, Rawhi Mushtaha and Muhammed Deif were declared threat to the US and Israel by John Kerry’s State Department in September 2015.

Ahmad Yousif, senior adviser to Ismail Haniyeh claims that Hamas’s new agenda would include “acceptance of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital based on pre-1967 borders,” and would continue not to recognize the state of Israel nor give up on any part of the Palestinian land.

The appointment of Yahya Sinwar, considered hawk among Hamas leaders has already wetted Israeli pants. On March 4, 2017, Efraim Halevy, former head of Israeli Mossad (1998-2002) and Israeli ambassador to European Union (Israel being located in the Middle East is not member of the EU, but EU being controlled by Jews, it’s allowed to have an envoy in Brussels) penned an Op-Ed the WP with headline: Time for Israel to talk to Hamas.

The international contacts of Hamas are growing. At the end of the last Gaza war. Russian foreign minister Lavrov met Meshaal in Doha, Qatar, and invited him to visit Moscow. Meshaal is leaving his post as head of Hamas political bureau and is a serious candidate to succeed Mahmoud Abbas as president of Palestinian Authority,” Halevy said.

According to several Arab and Iranian sources, Gaza under Yahya Sinwar leadership and Hamas under Ismail Haniyeh could bring the Islamist resistance back into the folds of the Axis of Resistance (Iran-Syria-Hizbullah). The relations were strained after Khaled Mashaal moved his headquarters from Damascus to Doha, Qatar, in January 2012. The Jewish media claimed the move as a great victory against Iran. Ironically, Meshaal, Haniyeh, and Islamic Jihad leader Ramadan Abdullah have all visited Iran and met Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatullah Ali Khamenei on several occasions since Meshaal had left Damascus. Both Hamas and Islamic Jihad receive financial aid from Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation.
