It’s interesting to note the hysteria the anti-Jewish settlement UNSC resolution on Friday has generated among the Israeli thugs and the American traitors whose loyalties rest with the Zionist entity rather than United States.
The US president-elect Donald Trump called the vote a big loss for Israel. But promised that things will change once he takes charge of the White House.
“The big loss yesterday for Israel in the United Nations will make it much harder to negotiate peace. Too bad, but we will get it done anyway!” Trump said in a message on Twitter Saturday.
Following Friday’s vote, Republican lawmakers and politicians criticized President Barack Obama over his refusal to veto the resolution.
Netanyahu while calling the UNSC vote shameful – recalled his ambassadors from Senegal and New Zealand. He also summoned Obama’s Jewish ambassador to Tel Aviv, Daniel B. Shapiro in his office and condemned Obama administration for not allowing its UN ambassador Samantha Power to veto the UNSC’s anti-settlement resolution.
Jewish media also reported on Saturday that Netanyahu also summoned ambassadors from the 14 countries which voted in favor of the resolution even though Malaysia and Venezuela have no diplomatic relations with the Zionist entity.
On Saturday, Netanyahu threatened to re-assess Israel’s ties with United Nations following adoption of anti-settlement resolution by the UNSC – demanding an end to the illegal Jewish settlements. More than 500,000 foreign Jews are living in settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem since Israeli occupation of 1967.
Interestingly, it was the UNSC which blessed the birth of the illegitimate Israeli baby under pressure from the two world powers, United States and Soviet Russia on November 25, 1947.
Netanyahu has instructed his cabinet ministers to avoid visiting countries which voted in favor of the UNSC resolution including Israel’s ‘guardians’ United Kingdom, France, Russia and China.
Netanyahu has cancelled his meeting with British prime minister Theresa May at Davos in January 2017 over her country’s voting in favor of anti-settlement resolution.
On Sunday, Netanyahu cancelled Ukrainian Jewish prime minister Volodymyr Groysman’s visit to Israel scheduled for next week.
Jewish Senator Dianne Feinstein has lauded Barack Obama’s decision to abstain.
Netanyahu’s all whining is the usual PR to pull the extremist Jews behind him. He knows Barack Obama is a ‘duck president’ and the next president Donald Trump is very pro-Israel, and a new $38 billion US military aid package is a done deal.
“Netanyahu, after what critics are calling a stinging defeat on the international stage, is already maneuvering to mine deep-seated feelings among many Israelis that their country and its policies toward the Palestinians are overly criticized in a world where deadlier conflicts rage,” Jeffrey Heller, Reuters’ correspondent wrote from Jerusalem on December 26, 2016.
The pressure to veto a toothless resolution shows how constricted US policy on Israel-Palestine has become in recent years, even though the American public appears to favor tougher UN action on the issue. A recent Jewish Brookings poll finds that nearly two-thirds of Americans favor UN resolutions demanding a halt to settlements and that a majority of self-identified Democrats support some form of sanctions towards Israel to bring about peace.
