Caitlyn Jenner: That’s how I celebrate my Gold Medal

Caitlyn Jenner, 66, I Am Cait star (formerly known as Bruce Jenner) who won a Gold Medal at the 1976 Montreal Summer Games has decided to celebrate the 40th anniversary of her win the Jewish way. She will pose nude except with her gold medal and American flag on a summer cover of Sports Illustrated – for the first time since becoming a transgender.

Until now, I had stashed my most prized possession at the bottom of my make-up drawer,” she said.

Jenner revealed her new name and identity on the July 2015 cover of Vanity Fair, and since has written in support of LGBT Rights.

Last month, in order to prove his allegiance to his wife’s tribe, Donald Trump invited Jenner to use either of male or female washroom at the Trump International Hotel, Las Vegas. There is a Trump International Hotel in downtown Toronto, Canada.

  1. I was perusing the FB page of a woman I helped raise, a fine strong woman with fabulous children and husband and … well she is stellar. But OMG she won’t even let her very boyish sons play baseball on a team that is unclear about its gender policies! She was wondering why none showed up to play… were there discriminatory policies? Why is this issue being allowed making normal activities so complicated for folks?

I even utter a breath indicating my thoughts towards this whole mess and my daughters are shocked… “Mom you raised us to be inclusive!”…. I don’t DARE say anything about Lesbian couples they know who are having babies… It is all so NORMAL seeming to them now….

Sometimes I feel so out of date…. Is this what growing old is all about? Becoming more and more disenchanted by the hour with everything?
