On Monday, addressing an Extraordinary Islamic Summit on Palestine in Jakarta, the Indonesian president Joko Widodo said that member of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) must unite and support their oppressed Muslim ummah in Palestine resisting Israeli occupation.
“The OIC should be part of the solution, and not part of the problem,” Widodo said in his opening speech of the summit. “If the OIC cannot be part of the solution to Palestine, then the OIC becomes irrelevant.”
The event in Jakarta was convened under the theme of United for a Just Solution for Palestine, referring to the need for an urgent solution in Palestine and Jerusalem. President Widodo further criticized Israel’s unilateral and illegal policies.
The summit was attended by officials from 57 member countries as well as representatives of the permanent members of the UN Security Council. The PA was represented by Mahmoud Abbas, a well-known USraeli double agent.
The summit called for the boycott of goods manufactured in illegal Jewish settlements in East Jerusalem and the West Bank.
Dr. Ismail Riduan, spokesman for Gaza-ruling Hamas asked the OIC members attending the summit to end their relations with the Zionist entity until it lift nine-year-old Gaza blockade.
I wonder if Indonesian president knew that he was asking something impossible from the Western puppets ruling the great majority of IOC member states especially the Arab League gangsters controlled by Israel via the United states, Britain, France and Saudi Arabia. Syria was expelled from the Arab League in 2011 as result of its support for Iran – the only true backer of armed resistance group in PA territories – Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
As a record, the Arab monarchies have always supported the Zionist entity in the past – directly or indirectly.
“In March, 2011, as the Arab Spring swept through the Middle East and North Africa, the US military’s combatant command center (CENTCOM) for military operations in twenty countries – including Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain and Jordan – held a ‘Red Team’ exercise to examine a narrative that perpetually pits Arabs and Iranians against each other,” said Sharmine Narwani, October 23, 2011.
