Last week, Vatican released a new Fatwa, entitled, The Gifts and Calling of God are Irrevocable, stating that since Jews (not the Banu Israel aka Hebrew tribes) are the bearers of God’s command and as Bible’s ‘Chosen People’, they don’t need to believe in Messiah (Christ) to receive “Salvation through Church”.
The Fatwa forbids missionaries to preach Christianity to Jews because later were already blessed by God before the arrival of Christ. It also claim that the Church of Rome is part of Israel.
David Brickner, executive director of Jews of Jesus, has condemned Vatican’s Fatwa, saying that Jews do need to accept Christ as Son of God to receive Salvation. He said that St. Paul would be ashamed of this Fatwa.
We believe that the Apostle Paul, whose name is invoked frequently in the Vatican document, would be horrified at this repudiation of the words with which he started his letter in Romans: ‘For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile’,” Brickner said, reported by the Christian Post on December 14, 2015.
David Martin, on the other hand, interpreted the Vatican Fatwa as a piece of antisemitic shit.
What we’re really looking at is unveiled antisemitism, since the document works against the peace and welfare of the Semitic peoples by teaching them to ignore their Maker on the cross. What does Rome have against the Jews? The Church’s mission from the beginning is to extend mercy to the Jews, not to withhold it from them. Has Rome gone Nazi? Traditionally the Church had always sought to convert the Jews and all peoples, that they might come partake in the Lord’s Banquet as His special guests, but now they’re being told to stay in their own prison camp and starve! So much for the mercy of “inclusion“, said Martin.
The Pauline Christianity has been an extension of Pharisees with the aim to distort the true message of Jesus, the son of Mary, from day one. The plot has reached its peak under Bergoglio-Francis. A statement from his book, On Heaven and Earth, which he co-authored with Argentine Rabbi Abraham Skorka below show Francis an agent of the Organized Jewry.
There is a phrase from the Second Vatican Council that is essential: it says that God showed Himself to all men and rescues, first of all, the Chosen People. Since God is faithful to His promises, He did not reject them. The Church officially recognizes that the People of Israel continue to be the Chosen People. Nowhere does it say: “You lost the game, now it is our turn.” It is a recognition of the People of Israel. That, I think, is the most courageous thing from Vatican II on the subject.
After learning Vatican’s this Fatwa, I bet, St. Paul, Saul the Pharisee, would be saying, Mission Accomplished.
