On July 16, in a two-to-one decision, The Hague-based International Criminal Court, a ZOG judicial set-up, ruled that its chief prosecutor, the Gambian-born Fatou B. Bensouda, was wrong in her decision “not to investigate war crimes” committed by Israeli Jewish commandos on board Turkish boat, Mavi Marmara at international waters on May 31, 2010 – killing nine Turkish aid workers including one US citizen.
In the decision, the judges have asked Bensouda to re-open investigation into Israeli war crimes, as soon as possible.
According to Article 46 of the Rome Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence Article 24, Bensouda should be fired for breach of trust. However, with Washington backing, she may well close the file once again, but the court decision has confirmed why some African leaders have called ICC a tool of western imperialism.
The Zionist regime has always considered its soldiers above the international law. Israeli prime minister Netanyahu has already pledged that he would never allow Israeli soldiers and officers be dragged to the International Criminal Court in The Hague. The ICC has no authority to arrest suspects in Israel, but it could issue arrest warrants making it difficult for Israeli officials to travel abroad. Watch a video below.
In 2009, Tehran asked for Interpol help to arrest 15 Israeli Generals and politicians who were convicted by a Tehran court for ‘war crimes’.
On November 25, 2013, the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal (KLWCT) after listening to the testimonies of eleven prosecution witnesses and voluminous documentary evidence and extensive submissions by the prosecution and amicus curiae delivered its judgment on the two charges against the Zionist entity and its retired Gen. Amos Yaron. The Tribunal president Tan Sri Lamin found the Zionist entity and Yaron guilty of crimes against humanity and genocide.
“If Benjamin Netanyahu, a war criminal, wants to fight a war with Iran – he should use his own citizens of Israel to fight and die. How does a war with Iran based on falsehoods, fabrications, and lies benefit any Hispanic/Latino-American, Italian-American, Irish-American, Asian-American, Polish-American, African-American, Native-America, English-American etc?,” said Daily Kos, January 22, 2015.
The US never puts its money where its mouth is when Israel is involved. The Obama administration have slammed the Netanyahu government for its expansion of Jewish colonies and Gaza attacks numerous times; has criticized Netanyahu for being less than serious about peace talks – and the White House used undiplomatic during Israeli onslaught over Gaza Strip and talking directly to Congress to sabotage Obama’s efforts to put a permanent stop to Iran’s nuclear research to maintain Israel’s nukes monopoly in the region. But while Barack Obama is good at talking the talk, he is unable or unwilling to walk the walk.
On July 15, 2015, the Jew York Times reported that just after blessing the US-Iran nuclear agreement, US president Barack Obama called Benjamin Netanyahu, and told him that his administration would increase the current annual $3 billion military aid to Israel to $4.5 billion per year once the current agreement expire in 2018. However, it seems, Netanyahu wanted more to put a duct-tape over his big mouth.
