On Sunday, the Respect Party leader, George Galloway, who lost his seat as Bradford West MP to his former Labour party candidate, Pakistani-born Naz Shah, announced his candidacy for the 2016 London Mayoral election to replace the current Tory Mayor Boris Johnson, who declared himself a “passionate Zionist” during Israel’s 50-day Gaza genocide last year.
Boris Johnson is stepping down next year after serving two four-year terms a Mayor of London. He won a seat in Parliament for Uxbridge and South Ruislip in the recent general election.
“London has for too long been run in the interests of the 1% working in the city’s glittering towers, whilst the vast majority of Londoners feel that their voices are not heard. I’m running because I want to represent every piece of the mosaic of this city which I have called home for 35 years,” Galloway told his supporters.
Galloway also pledged to give priority to city’s housing problem and reform the police force.
UK-US Jewish press reacted to Galloway’s announcement with headlines; “pro-Hamas provocateur”, “anti-Israel”, “pro-Iran”, “anti-gay”, “anti-war activist”, “a mayoral campaign of hate”, “virulent Jew hater”, and “hatemonger” George Galloway enter London Mayoral race.
George Galloway is no doubt the most hated British politician by the country’s powerful Jewish Lobby. Galloway has been accused of committing many sins against the Organized Jewry. He opposed US-UK war on Iraq which killed over one million Iraqis for Israel. He was expelled from the Labour party for opposing the war. He has criticized successive Zionist regimes. He has supported Palestinians’ rights without calling for ‘wipe Israel off map’. Galloway has also dared to appear on Iranian Press TV. In August 2013, Galloway accused Israel for giving chemical weapons to anti-Assad rebels which they used against civilians killing over 1,000 of men, women and children.
In September 2014, Galloway was hospitalized after beaten up by a 39-year-old pro-Israel Jew thug by the name Neil Masterson.
In February 2015, Jewish lobby groups condemned BBC for inviting MP Galloway to debate on air.
In March 2009, MP George Galloway was banned to enter Canada by pro-Israel Harper regime. Canada’s minister of citizenship and immigration, Jason Kenney called Galloway “a threat to country’s security.”
In May 2015, accepting his defeat, Galloway said: “I don’t begrudge the Labour members here their moment of celebration of course. But there will be others who are already celebrating: the venal, the vile, the racists and the zionists will all be celebrating. The hyena can bounce on the lion’s grave but it can never be a lion and in any case, I’m not in my grave. As a matter of fact I’m going off now to plan the next campaign.”
In 2010, MP Galloway was also defeated by a Bangladesh-born Muslim woman Rushan Ara Ali. She was re-elected from the Bethnal Green & Bow last month.
Personally, I think, George Galloway has a slim chance to become Mayor of London, a Zionist occupied city. My opinion is based on how the Jewish Lobby helped Boris Johnson to defeat former London Mayor Ken Livingstone for having a soft spot for Islam.
