Israeli Vengeance: Morsi gets 20 year in jail

The entire pro-Israel media – from the Wall Street Journal to the Jew York Times to the Washington Post have gloated over Dr. Mahmoud Morsi being sentenced to 20 years in jail along with 12 other members of the banned Muslim Brotherhood, country’s oldest and most popular religious and political movement. Morsi happens to be Egypt’s only democratically elected president since Israeli invasion of Egypt to take control of strategic Suez Canal six decades ago.

On Tuesday, judge Ahmed Sabry Youssef, sentenced Morsi and 12 other defendants to 20 years in jail each, who were sitting inside barbed cages in the court room.

Displaying a four-finger salute symbolizing resistance to the state’s crackdown on Islamists, defendants chanted Allah Akbar (God is the Greatest) after the verdict was read.

Dr. Morsi government was toppled in July 2013 military coup led by one of Hosni Mubarak’s pro-Israel poodles, Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, born to a Moroccan Jewish mother, who has crowned himself the new Pharaoh in Cairo with the US and Israeli support. Last year, US-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) group in a 188-page report accused al-Sisi led coup of premeditated murder and genocide against innocent Egyptians – and called for putting these anti-democracy thugs on trial.

The court acquitted Morsi of murder charges which would have put Morsi on cross to the great pleasure of Israeli mafia. However, the charges against Morsi for espionage and conspiring to commit terrorist acts in Egypt with the help of Palestinian resistance group Hamas, Lebanese Hizbullah and Iran’s Revolutionary Guards – all classified as “terrorist organizations” by Jewish-controlled governments in the US, UK and France.

On January 31, 2014, Alex Traiman at Jewish News Service (JNS) quoted former Israeli defense minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer saying that Israel supported el-Sisi, but “we shouldn’t go out on the roofs and cry out in favor of el-Sisi. But what is going on in Egypt is positive for Israel, and you cannot deny it.”

Abdul Fattah El-Sisi is Egypt’s strong man right now and has been fighting against radical Islam and against the Muslim Brothers (members of the Muslim Brotherhood). This is very positive both for Egypt, but also for Israel and the entire Middle East,” said former Israeli Ambassador to Egypt Zvi Mazel.

The Mubarak people are unhappy the way he was shoved off without a thank you. The military think the US coddled with Muslim Brotherhood and didn’t intervene to control them. And Brotherhood thinks the US never supported them when they needed support, and then gave green light to the military,” Vali Nasr, Obama adviser told the Wall Street Journal in a 2013 interview.

Morsi, like Iran’s former president Ahmadinejad, has been victim of Israel’s MEMRI mistranslation. In 2010, Morsi commenting on Israeli genocide of Gaza people, called the Zionist regime, descendants of apes and pigs. In 2013, MEMRI is a tape quoted Morsi saying, Jews are descendants of apes and pigs. Now, that’s what I call the Talmudic-style “freedom of speech”!

Naglaa Ali Mahmoud (Um Ahmed), wife of Dr. Morsi has threatened to pull Obama-Hillary pants down for stating that Morsi was ‘naive’ and not “fit” to lead Egypt. Magla claims she has letters from Hillary Clinton, written to ex-president Morsi – proving that her husband was ‘faithful’ to the US administration.

Cairo-born Naglaa lived in Los Angeles where her husband was studying for his PhD in engineering at the University of Southern California. She wears Islamic head covering that drapes down to her knees. She did not attend college and never took her husband’s last name, because that is a Western convention that few Egyptians follow.
