Sudanese president Omar al-Bashir in an exclusive interview he gave to Mohammed Sheikh Ibrahim of Eurnews, published on February 16, 2015, claimed that the US and the Zionist entity created and run anti-Muslim militant groups ISIL and Boko Haram.
He also claimed that Zionist-controlled western governments were behind the breakaway South Sudan and now the same forces are trying to destabilize Darfur.
Omar al-Bashir blasted the International Criminal Court (ICC) which indicted him for “genocide” without any valid proof. He also said that he intends to run for re-election by the end of this year.
Eritrea-based investigative journalist, Thomas C. Mountain wrote on February 15, 2011 that ICC is run by judicial criminals whose job is to demonize independent African leaders on behalf of western colonial powers.
The ‘evidence’ used to indict President Bashir for genocide is very shaky, mostly reports, hearsay really, from Western sources who themselves are of very suspect backgrounds. The claims of total numbers of deaths due to the Dafur conflict are wildly exaggerated, ranging from 200,000 to 300,000 and even as high as 400,000, a claim so lacking in evidentiary support that it resulted in sanctions by the British media watchdog. The real number of deaths in the Dafur conflict is in the tens of thousands, and occurred mainly in 2004 and 2005 and while being a serious human tragedy, was never a genocide. On top of this, any competent investigation shows that President Bashir of Sudan played a critical role in leading and supporting the largest, most successful relief effort of its time in aid of the victims of the Dafur conflict. Genocide by President Bashir all the while he was doing such a great job saving lives?, Mountain said.
In order, to keep the contents of Bashir’s interview out of Sudanese public – Sudanese security officers seized the print runs of 13 newspapers on the very day Euronews published the President’s interview. All the papers seized were either pro-government or independent. The newspapers seized were Al-Tayar, Al-Rai al-Aam, Al-Intibaha, Akhir Lahza, Al-Ahram al-Youm, Awal al-Nahar, Al-Watan, Al-Sudani, Alwan, Al-Saiha, Al-Mijhar al-Siyasi, Al-Dar, and Hikayat.
Any political aware person will tell you such anti-press freedom is hallmark of western propaganda strategy. It’s hardly a coincident that seizer of the newspapers happened on the same day.
On February 16, Paul Richardson at the Jewish Bloomberg Business tried to cover Israeli involvement by claiming that the crackdown was part of Bashir’s bid for re-election! Of course that makes no sense at all since al-Bashir’s implication of Israel being behind Sudan’s troubles would have provided a big booster to his campaign.
Tzvi Ben-Gedalyahu wrote at the Jewish Press.com that Egypt’s recent bombing on ISIS targets in Libya for its execution of 25 Coptic Christians, is the fulfillment of the UNEI (US/NATO/EU/Israel) agenda to start WW III.
It’s obvious that Mossad and CIA agents have infiltrated the ranks of Sudanese security services. This is a very bad news for the Islamists. I wouldn’t be surprised if in the near future, a military coup or assassination of Omar al-Bashir is staged by the “Friends of Israel”, and blame it on the opposition Popular Congress Party, lead by Sheikh Hassan al-Turabi to start a civil war in Sudan.
