While Nicholas Sarkozy’s French Zionist government is still obsessed with Muslim Hijab (French immigration minister Eric Besson said on Wednesday he wants the wearing of Muslim veils to be grounds for denying citizenship and long-term residence) – Five judges of the nine-member British Supreme Court ruled the other day that the decision of London’s all-Jewish JFS school for not admitting a 12-year-old boy on the grounds that his mother was not a born-Jew – amounted to racial discrimination, upholding a earlier ruling by the Court of Appeal.
The Court of Appeal’s ruling was based on the basis that since Jews are defined as an ethnic group under British law, denying a child admission because his mother is not Jewish constituted racial discrimination. The school mangement argued that such basis is irrelevant to Jewish law. Orthodox Jews say anyone with a Jewish mother is a Jew by birth, regardless of whether they actively observe the faith. This is the very law which Zionist Jews are misusing - though the great majority of their leaders are confessed to be Athiests – they still insist that the world recognize their illegal state as “Jewish State”.
Britain’s chief rabbi Dr. Jonathan Sacks said the case raised complex questions about British law and Jewish identity that “require careful reflection and consultation”. I am sure under pressure of Britain’s powerful Jewish Lobby – British government would be more than happy to change this British law!
In November 2009 – Israel’s hawk prime minister Benjamin Netanyanhu, in his address to America’s Jewish Federation General Assembly – warned the American Jews against assimilation which he said is “eating the Jews alive”. According to some Jewish sources – almost 50% of American Jews practice inter-faith marriages.
Religious Jews are more fanatic than the liberal Jews when it comes to the Zionist entity. During Dr. Ahmadinejad’s visit to address the UN – the ultra-Orthodox Jews made the largest group of the Jewish mob protesting against his visit. “The orthodoxy stood out as the greatest success story of American Jewry in the second half the 20th century,” historian Jonathan Sama of Brandels University said in an interview with Sh’ma magazine.
Maybe, I am over reacting – but I smell some rat inside British court system (remember Jewish community was expelled for 350 years in England in the past – from 1290 to 1656 CE). Only a few days ago, British Foreign Secretary was forced to apologize for the British courts’ anti-Semitic policy of seeking the Israeli leaders for their war crimes against Palestinians and Lebanese – and now this, really!!
Contrary to Jewish law – Holy Qur’an says that every child is born free of sin and as a servant of Allah (a Muslim). It’s the parents and the society which later turns the child to be a non-Muslim. Islam allows its male followers to marry among the Jews and Christians – even without the bride converting to Islam. A female Muslim is not allowed to marry a non-Muslim male unless he convert to Islam first (for the reason that a non-Muslim father may prefer to raise the child as a non-Muslim). Islam doesn’t accept someone as a ‘Believer’ unless he/she practice Islam (or at least believe in the five pillars of Islam) – even if he/she was born to a Muslim couple. However, in Islam, every new convert has the same rights and rewards as for someone born into a Muslim family. It takes only ten minutes to convert to Islam – and not years as is the case in Orthodox Judaism.
